On behalf of Spigler Petroleum Equipment and myself, we’re fascinated by the services provided by Tomlin Technologies. The owner Zach Tomlin had his hands in the project from beginning to end ensuring our server upgrade and transition went smooth.
Spigler Petroleum Equipment, LLC provides 24-hour service to gas stations in the Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania, DC, Virginia, and West Virginia areas. Our server is the cornerstone of our daily operations and rely on it for everything.
Zach Tomlin presented a prompt and very reasonable proposal for a server upgrade (Windows 2012 R2). The job went exactly as described by Zach and his proposal. Zach made a few recommendations throughout the upgrade process. Never felt like we were being sold for non essential equipment, but felt like Zach had Spigler’s best interests.
Tomlin ordered the equipment and scheduled an install date at our luxury. Server was installed and running within 1hour. The preparation at his office limited our downtime and alleviated confusion. Our third party programs had ZERO issues. Received a follow up call the day after install, a follow up a few days after install, and random check-ins from Zach and his staff.
We were so satisfied we opted to sign up for Tomlin’s Back Up Manager report and remote help package. This is a piece of mind and ensures our server has a backup and is monitored.
I have the deepest personal and professional respect for Zach and sincerely believe he will bring his unique energy, optimism, passion, and tireless creativity with your project. He has my highest endorsement.

Zach and his IT guys have repaired and tuned up our computers for quite a while now. They have been easy to work with and a fast turnaround time. They have remote connected anytime to repair or make more functional which I really like too. And great with networking issues. Always a pleasure!
So often companies are only acknowledged for something that has been done “incorrectly” and it is usually acknowledged loudly. Unfortunately, few take time to recognize when a company does an exceptional job and puts customer service as a priority.
