Payment Policy

Thank you for choosing Tomlin Technology for your IT Support needs. Below we have outlined our payment policy. Please take your time to read over this policy to avoid any confusion.

Hardware and Software

Tomlin Technology requires payment in advance for any hardware or software purchased through us in order to complete a job.


Shop: Tomlin Technology requires payment before your equipment can be picked up from our shop after the approved work has been completed.

Onsite: Tomlin Technology requires payment immediately upon completion of any labor performed onsite.

IT Management

When you sign up for our IT Management service it is required that you fill out a Credit Card Recurring Charge authorization form. We will provide this form to you when you sign up for the plan and require that it is filled out and submitted to us before our services are implemented.

Net 30 Terms

We only extend Net 30 terms to customers that sign up for our IT Management service. In order to obtain Net 30 terms you must fill out an application and submit it to us. This document will outline the terms and conditions of our Net 30 terms. We do not extend Net 30 terms on hardware and software that are purchased through us.
