We understand that most people have a budget for how much they want to spend to fix their computer.  This is why we offer a 12-point diagnostic for $49.95 (due at drop-off) that gets credited towards the repair for every computer that is brought into our shop.  Taking this approach helps our customers decide if their computer is worth fixing or not.  Often times if a computer isn’t worth fixing we can help our customers get their data, programs and printers switched over to a new computer or move their data to an external hard drive.
